Lantric has been in the shunt and contact business since 1986. We are a manufacturing company located in Montreal, specializing in the production of electrical shunts and ground straps made-to-measure. Raw materials including tinned and bare braided copper wire, stainless steel braided wire as well as copper and aluminum laminates are used for different busbar and switchgear applications.
We carry new replacement contact kits from size “00” to “7” of most major brand names in stock. We manufacture new electrical contacts, crane and brake parts, flexible shunts, ground straps and laminated shunts from an oem part number or to your specifications. New and reconditioned motor starters, contactors, breakers and other electrical equipment available.

Lantric also manufactures contacts from most major OEMs, from either a sample or a drawing. We can manufacture obsolete and discontinued items in our machine shop, and repair used contact sets within four hours. In emergency situations, contacts can be aired to us for same-day repair and return, thereby minimizing downtime.
